We understand that moving can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress, which is why we're here to ensure your transition into your new living space is as smooth as possible. Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/15/2025, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/15/2025 and 08/16/2025. Please arrive at 1725 Storrs Rd, Storrs, CT 06268 no earlier than 9:00 a.m. When you arrive, please park in the Parking Garage. Move-in times for your assigned floors are listed below:

To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

_This checkpoint will be used to determine if the resident has fast pass or not._

**Check point #1 – cars will be stopped at first station**

  • We will have 2 CAs greeting residents. They will **cross reference 8/15 or 8/16 move-in day list of residents with IDs** (Guarantors with same last name are okay to accept keys)
  • They will be directed in one of two directions. They will make a right at the round-a-bout and park at the leasing office to handle missing items or make a left at the round-about for fast pass status.

Fast-Pass Pre Move-In Requirements

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Move-In Requirements

Monthly Installments

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note we accept payment online through the Resident Portal, checks, cashiers checks, and E-money orders. Cash and paper money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/08/2025. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Insurance

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - Do nothing and you will be automatically enrolled in the Damage Waiver Program for a monthly fee or Purchase liability insurance from a licensed agent and provide proof of coverage to our partner Confirm Insurance. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

Pet Screening

Our property is proud to be pet friendly! Whether or not you are bringing a pet, all residents are required to register with PetScreening even if you do not have a pet. Please click the link below to read more and complete your pet screening application.

Utilities

Utility accounts are already established in Landlords name for your unit. Go paperless and go green! Log in to your Resident Portal to verify your email address is accurate. Providing your email address will allow you to receive a copy of your bill electronically each month. Statements sent to your email will contain a link that will automatically direct you to the Resident Portal where you can pay your bill.
